I normally do not review supplements because, in terms of their effects, it's hard to say anything objectively true about them, but I will make an exception for Re-Lyte. Finally, I might have found an electrolyte powder I can stick with in the long term.
It's taste is mildly salty, masked by the natural sweetener, Overall, the taste is better than most and strikes a nice balance between salty and sweet. Most electrolyte powders are just too sweet for my taste. I would like to try the unflavoured version and probably will at some point, but happy with the flavoured versions so far.
Also, it doesn't absorb moisture and go hard in the container like a lot of powders I have tried. It's been a few weeks now and it is still a nice, loose powder that is easy to scoop out, with no signs of hardening. Most powders fail this test, but Re-Lyte might be the one that doesn't.
Finally, I like the fact that it is natural, uses natural sweetener, has pretty much zero calories, and has 60 (from memory) trace minerals, which makes it a good choice not just for my cycling rehydration, but for calorie restriction days and also for general health.
Overall, very happy to find Re-Lyte.
