Tracking, a change of address before dispatch, a missing or damaged parcel. Include your order number (it starts with #) and we’ll sort it in one reply.
Product questions
Which Perfect Amino format suits you, what’s in a product, how it’s taken, whether two products can be stacked. We’ll tell you what we know and what the brand says. For anything about a medical condition or a medication, your doctor or pharmacist is the right call — we’re a retailer, not a clinic.
Returns and refunds
Change of mind within 30 days on unopened products; faulty, damaged or wrong items at our cost. Everything is in our refund policy and the FAQ — email if your situation isn’t covered.
Practitioners and brands
Naturopaths, nutritionists and clinics who want to refer clients to a specific product, and brands who think they meet the Stoneage Standard: same email, put “Practitioner” or “Brand” in the subject line.
